Mental Health Workshops
The Head Strong Foundation has partnered with a network of charitable organisations, who have designed researched and targeted resources such as courses, workshops, digital applications, and hard copy material that we can offer. Working with accredited trainers to present the courses, ensures the courses and workshops are implemented with excellence.
The workshops we offer will assist participants:
- Understand the full scope of mental health
- Identifying types of mental health illness
- Strategies to identify mental health illness that a person may be experiencing
- Determine the appropriate method to assist someone with a mental health illness
- How to have a conversation with someone suffering with mental health illness
- Specific statistics of mental health in rural and remote communities of Australia
- Unique dynamic of mental health issues in rural and remote communities of Australia
We can offer these resources to numerous community groups, including:
- Schools (students and teacher appropriate resources available)
- Businesses / organisations
- Sporting Clubs / Groups
- Community Groups
- Church Groups
- Farming Community Groups

Initiative Projects
The Head Strong Foundation has a hands-on approach when it comes to community, either financially supporting small community-driven projects or developing our own initiative. We look at a need that will benefit the people of remote towns as well as relief support from natural disasters.
